Probe Industries 4340 Line of Crankshafts are machined from a premium 4340 steel and are heat treated for maximum strength. For absolutely serious street and racing applications, the Probe Industries 4340 crankshafts are the only choice. They are perfect for high horsepower, torque and RPM's and work great for all levels of power adders.
Machined from aircraft quality 4130 or 5140 steel, these forged crankshafts are perfect for high compression or blown street applications as well as most race cars. Horsepower ratings should be limited to the 700HP range for maximum efficiency. For the most serious street and racing applications look to the 4340 Crankshafts.
Probe Industries Forged Micro Alloy Steel Crankshafts feature a two step polishing process for the rod and main journal surfaces and are Fillet rolled to increase strength & OD Induction Hardened to provide maximum wear resistance. They are currently offered for the Ford 4.6 Liter Modular applications in stock and longer strokes. They are perfect for high horsepower, torque and RPM's and work great for all levels of power adders.
Probe Industries Cast Steel Crankshafts are manufactured of high carbon steel in a variety of applications and strokes, these crankshafts are perfect for any performance application up to 500 HP. They are best suited for higher horsepower daily drivers and restoration projects with more HP than stock.
