Forged 4340 Steel

SCATS 4340 Line of Crankshafts are machined from a premium 4340 steel and are heat treated for maximum strength and typically feature: Straight shot & chamfered oil holes, Nitride hardened for superior wear reisistance, Lightening holes in all rod throws Large radius on all journals, Precision ground, Heat treated, shot peened, All Inspected & micropolished at SCAT. They are perfect for high horsepower, torque and RPM's and work great for all levels of power adders. Weights available in Standard, Light Weight, Ultra Light and Q Light.
